If you are reading something means someone has written it, that means you are diving into the author’s mind.
The author spent a good amount of time & effort writing the book and you are reading the same book in a week or a month, which means you are experiencing the author’s long time experience.
Mental workout
In our school days we all remember the table till 30, but today we hardly remember up to 15. This is because we are getting engaged in our daily life and hardly doing mental exercise.
By engaging with books, you can improve your mental abilities, boost creativity, and enhance your analytical thinking. Just like physical exercise strengthens the body, reading strengthens the mind.

We are losing our creativity & imagination as we grow older.

As books are a wealth of knowledge on various subjects, it gives you a chance to explore new ideas, keep you informed about different topics and broaden your perspective. You can expand your understanding of the world.

Calm your mind
In our day-to-day busy we should learn to keep our-self calm. Reading provides you the calmness and satisfaction.
Being calm stay us away from stress, and anxiety. You can calm your mind if you engage yourself with reading.
